Great team to work with when buying a new vehicle.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I had specialized valve caps for my stems. The tech put two of them back on and put generic ones on the other two tires. This is the second time it has happened. I will not be back. I have had other issues with service when I made an appointment to have tires installed, after dropping off my vehicle I got a call from service an hour and a half later telling me that they forgot to order the tires. Never tried to to do anything for me other than say sorry, mistakes happen. I had to burn another day to have the tires put on. That’s three strikes for me. Also when I called to ask about the valve caps I was out on hold and then disconnected. Very, very disappointed.

Communications were great - we contacted dealership looking for 2026 Encore, non-white with power rear gate, we were told one was in transit and were notified the day it arrived. Lisa was wonderful low-key salesperson. Negotiations on trade-in and purchase were prompt, open, cordial and very satisfactory. Lisa was most effective communicator of the potentially overwhelming array of electronics of any car we have purchased. We love the car and buying experience, and would return to Parks.
