Be aware of the 99, 24 valve 53 block with a Cummins. They were made in Brazil and have a very high rate of cracked blocks. Check it out before you buy one. Other than that, love the ruck! - 5.0

Great pulling power good mpg for a 3500 I get 21mpg average and comfortable never had issues I just keep maintenance up - 5.0

This is the 3rd Dodge Ram 1500 that I have owned. They're great trucks, lots of low end torque, good amount of power, and an amazing towing capacity. I have both a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.9L V8 and a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.2L V8. The one thing to keep an eye for is the ECM going bad and the transmissions shifting hard and acting sluggish, other than that they're great vehicles from bumper to bumper. Highly recommend purchasing one if you haven't already. You won't regret it!
