they were unable to find me a loaner car that I was already promised since I was having a new transmission out in. After about an hour I had to start calling people to come pick me up. Once the transmission was installed I was told that a cracked transmission coolant line was prob the culprit and they had replaced it without permission since it was only a 66 dollar part (this was not seen in the initial diagnosis and we wasted 300 dollars flushing the transmission only to find out it was bad already. After receiving my car back with the new transmission, I instantly started hearing a new noise, a rattle, that had not been there before. I brought my car back in and was told that my engine mounts, and transmission mounts were bad and my power steering was rubbing on my ac line. None of this had been found during the initial diagnosis and I find it hard to understand why someone would put a new transmission on bad mounts. I am bringing my vehicle again to have it assessed once more, since they did not put my car on the rack to look at it, a service man simply looked under the hood, they didn't even drive it. This experience has been exhausting and extremely expensive.
