Very friendly, waiting room is nice. I always heard dealerships are expensive...I paid more for my wifes car to get an oil change at a express type place than I did for my truck to get an oil change at Parks.
I have been buying new vehicles from Parks since 1986. I have been working with Robert Rogers since 2008, when Robert was there one Sunday when I was checking out new trucks. Since 1986 my family have bought 16 new vehicles from Parks. Robert has been great to work with and the service department have provided great service also.
Let me preface this by saying that Im a GM employee. I work at the Plant in Spring Hill, TN. However, the salesman, Chris, did not know that at first and was super friendly right from the start! I did let him know that I worked at GM pretty soon afterward though and I also learned that he was still fairly new in the position. He did an excellent job though! He may have some things to learn still, but sales is about connections and Chris went overboard to make me feel welcomed and appreciated and was able to answer every question that I had. I also dealt with, and Im sorry if this is not his name, but I think it was Mike in the Finance department. He was great! Especially navigating everything that I needed to do with my discount through GM Family First. It was also great to find a fellow lover of the 87 Buick GNX. Ill definitely be back to visit Parks Motors and will suggest to anyone in the market for a vehicle to go there also. I actually went in to look at trucks and left with a new Encore GX, and couldnt be happier with the choice. Overall, probably the best car buying experience that Ive had.
