From start to finish there was pure comfort how you should feel when buying a car. After my first experience in buying a new car, I didn’t think I ever would again because of the hidden fees and haggling. You guys restored my confidence. The communication and professionalism from Lisa and Robert was top notch. And even though I live in Vegas, I’ll still be recommending park motors to all my friends and Denali Facebook group pages. Made an appointment 10 days in advance. Had the vehicle there 20 minutes early the day of the appointment. Asked if everything was good, they said, yes, all good we will call when finished. Went home and got a call an hour and a half after droppIng the vehicle at service saying we don’t have your tires. I said I ordered them over a ten days ago. I was told sorry. Was told they can go get them in Nashville but truck won’t be done till later. Since I had no way back to get the truck, I said ok. Now I have to pay an Uber for a ride to pick it up since my ride was scheduled earlier. I go to the service department because I want to wait on the truck because I need it for an urgent appointment I can’t miss. When I arrive the truck is outside. I never received a call saying it was finished. I spoke with Cody who said he called and left a message. I showed him my phone that he never called. I never got a call or message. All he said was sorry it was out of his control. He kept saying it wasn’t his fault. Never excepted any responsibility, just kept saying he was sorry it wasn’t his fault and it was out of his control. Never offered any discount or anything to try and make it right. Just a sorry. Well I’m sorry also. I won’t be back.

Lisa did an excellent job helping with my online purchase and Jesse wrapped up the financing with ease. I’ll definitely be back when I need another vehicle. If you’re in the market for a GMC truck, you won’t likely find a better price than they offer. No markups or hidden fees. They actually did what they say they would.

It was taken in on the 29th of November for another torque converter because the first one was faulty. Replaced it and test drove it was still not right. They called and said they were ordering from another supplier and it took longer to get it. I was please with the way they handled the entire process. Friendly and accommodating
