There was a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere in discussing my purchase of the GMC 2500. I felt no pressure to purchase the vehicle and I was treated very professionally. This dealership treated me very honestly and forthright during the trading process.
Called & got a scheduled appointment for 11am. Told the man on the phone I had a 1pm meeting. He said my oil change and fuel treatment service should take 30-45min each. If I can arrive early, that'll help. I arrived at 10:45am. Was greeted nicely, the lady that helped me had my info and knew what I was there for. I told her I was staying there and to let me know when finished. I sat in the waiting area and it finally reached 12: 40pm. I went out to get an ETA due to my meeting. The man I assume is the service manager went to check for me, he discovered that they were putting the oil in my truck from the oil change and he will get my ticket ready. He came back and discovered that my truck had been there for 2 hours and had only gotten an oil change so far, no fuel treatment service and I had a scheduled appointment. VERY BAD BUSINESS.
The service manager was very attentive and helpful. Even though we did not buy the vehicle at Parks Motor Sales service was great. The car was not driveable so a loaner was immediately provided. Repairs were made to my car and picked the car up the next with no interruption to my mobility. A great experience!
