I was completely satisfied with everyone at Parks Motors and I wish I had been using them for my service work all along. A special thanks to their service advisor Erin Smith. She did an outstanding job and went the extra mile for me. I was heading to Texas on a vacation and we had a water leak in the rear of the Acadia. Erin worked me into the schedule on short notice, provided me transportation while the work was done, and the problem was fixed before I left. I drove about 2k miles in the next two weeks through lots of rain and no more leak! Great job to the service technician as well!
