The Service Department needs checklist and to use them before completing each job. My recent experience they did not reset my dashboard for oil change or put a sticker in my windshield. Same for tires after being rotated they need to sync the sensor with the dash. I go out of my way to use this dealership and they only half do the job. When you spend $450 I expect all of it to be done and correct. When I drive off the lot and the gauges are not reset I assume the did nothing to my car. Should I really have to lift the hood and make sure the oil was changed? No, I should be able to trust my mechanic the job was done that I paid for. I am losing trust in the Service Dept.
I brought my car in and also made an appointment for my Son's truck. We came in for an oil change but they noticed two other things that needed attention. The battery cable was corroded - they cleaned that and they found one of the posts and luggnut were missing from the Tire. He goes to college in Indiana and I want to make sure he stays safe while traveling on the Highway. Thank you PARKS for taking care of us!
Came in for oil change and tire rotation! After I left stopped and checked tires! I could tell the tires had not been rotated! Called and took car back and they got to it quickly! It was just an inconvenience!! Most people wouldn't have noticed!
