Doesn't matter why I take my Yukon into Parks, I'm always treated fairly. I have worked in different dealerships & know how bad some of them can be. Parks is an honest place & I trust their judgement about my vehicle.
Called to have my car checked as a warning light came on. Cody made sure to call me within 2 hours to let me know what it was, how long it would take to fix it and the cost. As promised my car was ready when I arrived.
First, I was able to get in on short notice. Then when I arrived at the dealership, my car was immediately taken to get serviced -- no wait, no delay. I briefly waited in the waiting room having a free beverage, using your Internet, watching TV.
Sales rep was knowledgeable about want would suit our needs in a vehicle. Staff very courteous. Dealership very clean and up to date. A very comfortable envirorment. Great selection of vehicle to chose from.Even the GM can out to welcome us and thank us.

Sales Dept is great service is not so good I just had my Enclave serviced and I'm not happy the day after I checked the oil and the old filter was laying on the crossmember leaking oil all over, brought my Enclave back to the shop, and it two try's to get it right. Not Happy
